Brief History

1987 - Zenith Builders was Started as partnership firm, under the guiding light of our beloved father Mr. K.VITTALNATHAN.

1991 - We successfully completed Our First Factory Structure for LEO COFFEE LTD.,

1992 - We received CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AWARD from the hands of the then governor, his excellency Mr. BISHMA NARAIN SINGH

1993 - Mr. NALLI KUPPUSAMY, from Nalli Silks awarded us, BEST BUILDER – NALLI SHOBANA AWARD

2012 - BUILDERS ASSOCIATION OF INDIA awarded us, the BEST HOUSING AWARD for Residential housing works, for ZENITH VEDA

2013 - ZENITH KRISHNA, by far, our Highest Value Residential Housing Project was completed and delivered on time
